Edit a Project Team
Update information for an existing project team. Edit the project name, description, start and end dates, and the skills and competencies that the team expects to gain by participating in the project.
To edit an existing project on the Project Team edit screen:

Enter information in the following fields:
Column Description Project Name Edit the name of the project on which the team is working (for example, Employee Appreciation Event). Project URL The hyperlink to an external project site. Description Describe the purpose of the project. Skill Categories Select a skill category from the drop-down list. These categories are derived from the company’s professional areas, for example, Accounting and Human Resources. The skills for the category you select display in the Skills Gained field below. Skills Gained These are skills that an employee should gain by participating in the project. To select an individual item, click the item and use the right arrow to move it to the right field.
To select all of the items, click any item and use the double right arrow to move all items to the right field.
Competency Types From this drop-down list select from the following categories: - Core Competencies
- Job Competencies
- Old Competencies
The individual competencies for the category you select display in the Competencies Gained field below.
Competencies Gained These are competencies that an employee should gain by participating in the project. - To select an individual item, click the item and use the right arrow to move it to the right field.
- To select all of the items, click any item and use the double right arrow to move all items to the right field.
Start Date Select the expected start date for the project. End Date Select the expected end date for the project. - Click Submit.
